GCA Board Members
Tracy Jordan, Chairperson - Tracy lives in Montville and has three teenaged daughters. Tracy has been with the Geauga County Sheriff's Office as their Victim Advocate since 2003. Tracy founded the Geauga County Parent Project which is specific to the needs of parents raising strong-willed teenagers. She enjoys spending time with her girls.
Jane Burt, Vice Chairperson - Jane is a retired kindergarten teacher who resides in Burton. She has two grown children & two grandchildren. In addition to being active on the GCA Board, Jane is on the board of WomenSafe.
Dawn Bates, Secretary
Nancy Seelbach, Treasurer - Nancy has worked in social services in Geauga County for over 25 years. She is the Geauga Family First Council Coordinator and one of the "founders" of GCA. Nancy has two grown sons and 2 granddaughters.
Heather Baker - Heather lives in Middlefield Village, along with her husband and two children. She is a Business Consultant for a local Fortune 500 company, and is active in her local Rotary organization. Heather's favorite past-time is to explore new and fun activities with her family.
Bob & Martie Ballish - Bob and Martie reside in Huntsburg where they raised their four children (combination of birth and adoption) Also served as foster parents for several years. They enjoy spending their retirement with family including seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren. Bob and Martie are each active in their church and volunteering.

Linda Henry* - Linda lives in Auburn Township with her husband Judge Charles Henry and has volunteered on a variety of county boards and foundations over the years. She has two grown children and loves to spend time traveling and working on her computer.
Pat Leech - Pat lives in Newbury and has four daughters and eleven grandchildren. She enjoys spending time with her family & volunteering in Bully-free and C.A.T. Programs. Pat is also on the Geauga Park District Foundation Board.

Liz St. James - Liz works for Geauga County Help Me Grow and resides in Chardon with her husband and three children. She enjoys spending time with her family and playing with her children when she isn't working. Liz joined the board of GCA in 2007.
Barb Rakes, DJFS Liaison - Barb became a part of GCA in 2003. She has been with Geauga County Job & Family Services for over 25 years and is now the Director of Social Services. Barb resides with her husband and two children in Burton Township.
